Heartbroken Alex Iwobi makes startling confession about Arsenal's loss to Man City

 Super Eagles of Nigeria and Arsenal FC of England star, Alex Iwobi has revealed the reason why Arsenal lost to premier league title rivals Man City on Sunday evening. Arsenal scored through Theo Walcott in the 5th minute, but left the Etihad stadium with no points after goals from Sane and Raheem Sterling ensured Pep Guardiola's men kept their title ambitions on the right path.  According to Iwobi, Arsenal simply stopped playing after half time, leading an city to punish them on the break. “I guess you could say we took our foot off the gas,” A sad and heartbroken Iwobi told Arsenal's official club website.  Man City took advantage very well in the second half. Have you guys noticed that Cristiano Ronaldo always stands on his tippy toes during team photos?

The footballer who is 6.1 ft tall was pictured standing on his tip toes during Real Madrid's team photo taken before the win over Club America in Japan on Thursday in the ongoing FIFA Club World Cup. This isn't the first time the World's most famous athlete is pictured standing on the tip of his toes, during photos. Even old pictures of him as far back as 2002 in one of his first clubs (Sporting Lisbon) in Portugal, shows him standing this way during team photos and that leaves one wondering why he does that. Alexis Sanchez rejects Arsenal's £180K-a-week deal as contract talks continue

Alexis Sanchez who currently earns £130K weekly is holding out for a vastly improved deal of of £250K a week and has rejected an offer of £180K weekly. The prolific attacker is central to the Gunners' interest and the club is desperate to tie him down to a long term deal. They are however hesitant to meet his huge demands but remain hopeful a deal can be struck. In contrast to Sanchez’s talks, there is a growing confidence at the Emirates that Ozil, 28, will sign a new deal. Wenger is adamant Sanchez and Mesut Ozil — who is also entering the final 18 months of his deal — will not be sold even if they have not penned fresh terms.
